The Palms Village was originally developed as a caravan park during the 70’s. Over the years the Palms Village has been transformed into a Land Lease Community or relocatable home village for permanent residents. Extra stages were added to the Village over time, to where the Village currently occupies an area of over 6 hectares and contains 226 sites housing around 300 residents.
Land Lease Communities are an affordable living option for the Over 55’s where the dwelling is purchased by the resident and the resident enters into a Site Agreement with the operator for use of the land. Community lawns, gardens and amenities cared for by the Village Management provides a maintenance free lifestyle with the security of community living.
