Once you purchase a home in the Village, you enter into a Site Agreement with us which is leased for a weekly site fee currently starting at $151.00 depending on the site location and size. Government rental assistance is available for eligible pensioners.
Site Fees cover; Council rates, rubbish services, water rates, use of amenities, mail service and general maintenance of the park and its facilities. Items not included in your weekly site fee are home insurance, telephone, household gas or electricity, maintenance of your home and the upkeep of your own lawns and gardens within your site boundary.
